Digital Beverage Can Countersink Depth Gauge.

The digital beverage can countersink gauge is designed to take measurements from the top of the double seam to the bottom of the countersink profile adjacent to the chuck wall on 200, 202 and 206 beverage can.

Unit shown has a large 8.5mm digital display with direct RS 232 output and reading can be automatically transferred to our statistical process control Microseam Inspection Software via an optional OPTO-RS data cable with USB 2 computer connector.

Model shown has a sylvac gauge with 270 degree rotating bezel to orientate the readout for ease of reading, mode button allows setting of measuring format metric or imperial, with preset, memory hold and 2 memories Ref 1 / Ref 2.

Resolution available: 0.01mm, 20 microns or 0.001 mm, 5 microns

Alternatively beverage can countersink gauge can be used as an independent stand alone gauge, utilizing the dial gauges readout.

Units can also be supplied with other manufacturers dial gauges upon request, analogue or digital ( IP rated or non IP rated).

Constructed of stainless steel and anodized aluminium for durability.
